1. Consideration to approve revisions to the Site Plan for the United Methodist Church to be located at 857 W. State Street subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s February 28, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

2. Consideration to approve a proposed Site Plan for Lynch Ventures, LLC for the construction of a car wash / oil change building, and other site plan revisions, subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s February 26, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

3. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of An ordinance to amend Section 315-64D of the Municipal Code of the City of Burlington related to on-site traffic directional signs, traffic control signs, and parking signs.
