  1. A public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Application for Love, Inc. to allow for a furniture resale shop at 448 South Pine Street.

  1. Consideration to approve a proposed Conditional Use for Love, Inc. to allow for a furniture resale shop at 448 South Pine Street subject to the conditions stated in Patrick Meehan’s January 31, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

  2. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of a rezoning of property located at 408 Conkey Street from B-2, Central Business District to Rd-2, Two Family Residence District subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s January 31, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

  3. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of a rezoning of the Fox River Landing at the Murphy Farm property located between the Fox River and South Browns Lake Drive / CTH W from FC, Floodplain Conservancy District to Rs-2, Single Family Residence District with an FFO, Floodplain Fringe Overlay District subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s January 31, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

  4. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of A resolution petitioning the Secretary of Transportation for Airport Improvement Aid by the Common Council of the City of Burlington Racine County, Wisconsin.

  5. Review of the Conditional Use Permit for the Wal-Mart Supercenter.

  6. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of an Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for Robert J. & Rhonda K. Robers, subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s January 31, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.
