1. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of a revision to the Wendy’s Restaurant comprehensive signage plan adding proposed wall/fascia signage for the Milwaukee Avenue side of the restaurant subject to the conditions stated in Patrick Meehan’s November 30, 2004 memo to the Plan Commission.

2. Consideration to approve a proposed Conditional Use, Site Plan, Landscape Plan and Lighting Plan for Miller Motors for the expansion of Miller automotive body shop and service uses located at 2421 Milwaukee Avenue (STH 36/83) subject to the conditions stated in Patrick Meehan’s November 30, 2004 memo to the Plan Commission.

3. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of a 180-day extension of the Preliminary and Final Plat approval for the Fox River Landing at the Murphy Farm Subdivision pursuant to the December 1, 2004 letter from developer Kevin McKillip.

4. Consideration to approve an extension of a Conditional Use Permit for RIVCO Products, subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Scherrer’s November 29, 2004 memo to the Plan Commission.
