Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of a Comprehensive Sign Package for the
Burlington Crossing Development (11-acre parcel next
to the Wal-Mart Supercenter on STH 36), subject to
the conditions stated in Patrick Meehan’s October
31, 2004 memo to the Plan Commission.

Consideration to approve a Site Plan for a
commercial retail center to be located at 1709 and
1757 Milwaukee Avenue, subject to the conditions
stated in Patrick Meehan’s October 31, 2004 memo to
the Plan Commission.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of a Certified Survey Map for Lawrence and
Mary Paruskiewicz for property located in the SE 1/4
of U. S. Public Land Survey Section 29, T3N, R19E,
City of Burlington, Racine County, subject to the
conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s October 31,
2004 memo to the Plan Commission.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of Ordinance 1762(14) An ordinance to
amend several sections of Chapter 315 of the
Municipal Code to allow the Historic Preservation
Commission to grant Certificates of Appropriateness
without Plan Commission and Common Council review.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of an Extraterritorial Final Plat for the
Stoney Hills Subdivision, subject to the conditions
as stated in Patrick Meehan’s October 31, 2004 memo
to the Plan Commission.
