RESOLUTIONS

  1. A Resolution accepting a unanimous petition for direct annexation of the Robert E. Brown property at 6730 S. Pine Street in the Town of Burlington, Racine County, Wisconsin.

  2. A Resolution accepting a unanimous petition for direct annexation of the Francis and Helen Schaefer property at 32435 Yahnke Road in the Town of Burlington, Racine County, Wisconsin.

  3. A Resolution approving a bid award to sand blast and paint the city fire hydrants to Giant Maintenance for the not-to-exceed amount of $22,000.00.

  4. A Resolution extending the deadline to complete public street improvements for the Glen at Stonegate Subdivision, Addition One.
  1. A Final Resolution authorizing new sidewalk construction on Origen Street and N. Pine Street and levying special assessments against the benefited properties.

  2. A Resolution authorizing General Obligation Street Improvement Bonds in an amount not-to-exceed $1,500,000.00.

  3. A Resolution directing publication of Notice to Electors.

  4. A Resolution providing for the sale of not-to-exceed $1,500,000.00 General Obligation Street Improvement Bonds.
  1. A Resolution appointing an authorized representative to file applications for financial assistance from the State of Wisconsin Environmental Improvement Fund.

  2. A Resolution declaring official intent to reimburse expenditures from proceeds of borrowing.

ORDINANCES

  1. An ordinance to amend Section 187-15B(9)(d) of the code of the City of Burlington to increase the number of demerit points assessed to a license holder for serving alcohol to an underage person.
