31. A resolution approving a Certified Survey Map for Lester O. Hoganson for property located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 18 East, in the Town of Spring Prairie, within the City’s Extraterritorial Plat jurisdiction.
