Consideration of Resolution #89 approving the
acceptance of an Offer to Sell of
certain easements owned by Bonnie R. Weis and Carl
B. Weis in exchange for other CDA property and
conditioned upon approval of a Certified Survey Map
(CSM) reflecting this exchange of land by the City
Council.

Consideration to
request the City’s Plan Commission and Common
Council to consider approval of a subdivision of the
former Bel-Mur property including a dedication of
land for roadway Right-of-Way purposes.

Any other matters
that come before the Authority.
