recommending Amendment No. 1 to Task Order Number 8
with Kapur & Associates for engineering services -
signal design, for the not-to-exceed amount of
$13,571.00.

Review and action sought regarding resolution #83
Amendment No. 1 to Task Order Number 10 with Kapur &
Associates for environmental engineering services –
Phase II Site Investigation services, for the
not-to-exceed amount of $4,623.00.

sought regarding resolution #84 recommending
authorizing the distribution of Tax Incremental
District No. 3 funds.
