Improvement Project.

consideration of Task Order Number 10 with Kapur &
Associates to provide Phase II Environmental Site
Investigation services regarding the reconstruction
of Commerce Street from Milwaukee Avenue to Chestnut
Street and all side road intersections (including
the construction of the Bel-Mur Spur).

Any other matters
that come before the Authority.
