1. Review request to approve land transfer from Burlington Boardwalk LLC to Silvernail Woods, LLC

2. Review proposed development pertaining to parcel north of East Jefferson Street

3. Review of Current and Proposed Project List relating to TID #3

4. Motion to recommend to the Common Council approval to deposit the remaining funds within the TID #3 account within an Escrow Account to fund the approved project list

5. Review of WE Environmental Remediation Efforts and potential request for temporary use of adjacent site

6. Request for Park Board to oversee Riverfront Park activities on behalf of the CDA.
