1. A motion to approve the Notice of Award for the "Asbestos Abatement and Building Demolition for 320 West Chestnut Street and 140 – 142 E. Jefferson Street" project, based upon a recommendation by the City Engineering firm at a not to exceed amount (documentation to be provided at 08/08/02 meeting)

2. Discussion regarding the draft amended Escrow Agreement and supporting data relating to potential Escrow Agents

3. Based upon the Draft Escrow Agreement and Escrow Agent data, a motion to recommend to the Common Council approval of the adoption of the resolution and naming the escrow agent (responding Escrow Agent data to be distributed at the 8/8/02 meeting)

4. Discussion regarding the Hillside Auto facility (80 McHenry Street, Burlington)

6. Any other matters that come before the Authority
