Part-time Compost Site Attendant

The City of Burlington Department of Public Works is seeking qualified candidates for the part time position of Compost Site Attendant. It is seasonal employment from the first Saturday in April to approximately the last Saturday in November; however, the City reserves the right to open the site early or extend the dump for two additional weeks if needed. The City of Burlington Fire Department is accepting applications for Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (A-EMT). This position will serve as an Associate Member of the Burlington Rescue Squad, and will support services under the terms and provisions of the City’s First Amendment to the Agreement for Rescue Squad Services with Burlington Rescue Squad. The position will end December 31, 2019, unless otherwise terminated under the conditions of the Agreement.
